Zapraszamy na I edycję TECH-ON! – nowe na mapie konferencji i festiwali technologicznych wydarzenie, w którym nauka łączy siły z biznesem, kultura przenika się z technologią, a moc kreatywna prawdziwie inspiruje! Sztuczna inteligencja, technologie kosmiczne, bezpieczeństwo, rozwój biznesu w regionie, wzmocnienie startupów, miejskie innowacje to zagadnienia, wokół których będą się koncentrować nasze rozmowy w ramach trzech pasm konferencyjnych.

TECH-ON! powstał z potrzeby zbudowania trwałego ekosystemu współpracy pomiędzy startupami, inwestorami, instytucjami publicznymi, środowiskiem akademickim oraz sektorem kreatywnym. Jego misją jest nie tylko promocja regionu jako miejsca przyjaznego innowacjom, ale także realne wsparcie dla twórców nowych technologii i modeli biznesowych. Wydarzenie ma charakter międzynarodowy i stanowi forum wymiany wiedzy, doświadczeń oraz wizji przyszłości technologicznej – zarówno w wymiarze ekonomicznym, jak i społecznym czy kulturowym. 

Na scenie zobaczymy m.in. Melissę Yoon z Hanyang z University School of Law, współzałożyciela i CEO finQbit Tomasza Ćwika, prof. Piotra Moncarza, prezesa Poland in Silicon Valley Center, Sylwię Czubkowską i Joannę Sosnowską, które tworzą słynny podcast Techstorie, Monikę Borycką z TrendRadar oraz Łukasza Wilczyńskiego, prezesa Europejskiej Fundacji Kosmicznej.

Struktura programowa 
Program TECH-ON! został podzielony na trzy komplementarne pasma merytoryczne, które wspólnie tworzą spójną narrację o współczesnych wyzwaniach i możliwościach rozwoju technologii: 

Pasmo AI – to przestrzeń, w której spotykają się nauka, biznes i technologia, by wspólnie eksplorować potencjał sztucznej inteligencji. Program został podzielony na dwa bloki tematyczne, które w równym stopniu odpowiadają na potrzeby zarówno praktyków, jak i twórców rozwiązań technologicznych. 

AI Hub – Skoncentrowany na strategicznym wykorzystaniu AI w biznesie, ten blok porusza zagadnienia związane z wdrażaniem dużych modeli językowych, budowaniem przewagi konkurencyjnej oraz korzystaniem z krajowych i europejskich instrumentów wsparcia dla innowatorów i MŚP. Uczestnicy poznają również aspekty prawne i etyczne wdrażania AI oraz możliwości współpracy nauki z biznesem. 

ai_dev – Poświęcony technicznej stronie sztucznej inteligencji, blok ai_dev skupia się na budowie systemów agentowych, zarządzaniu pamięcią kontekstową oraz integracji AI z procesami produkcyjnymi. Prezentacje i sesje live codingu pokażą, jak tworzyć rozwiązania, które działają przewidywalnie, wspierają użytkownika i automatyzują złożone procesy w środowiskach produkcyjnych. 

Space & Security – pasmo poświęcone sektorowi kosmicznemu i technologiom bezpieczeństwa, realizowane we współpracy z Urzędem Marszałkowskim Województwa Małopolskiego oraz Krakowskim Parkiem Technologicznym. Skierowane jest do startupów, inwestorów, inżynierów, decydentów oraz przedstawicieli sektora finansowego i ubezpieczeniowego. Uczestnicy poznają dobre praktyki, możliwości finansowania, wyzwania związane z pozyskaniem pierwszego klienta oraz potencjał rynku dual-use. Pasmo ma charakter praktyczny i networkingowy, wspierając budowanie partnerstw w strategicznych sektorach. 

Future City Innovations – pasmo refleksji nad społecznymi i kulturowymi aspektami innowacji. Porusza zagadnienia projektowania przyszłości, odpowiedzialnego rozwoju technologii oraz budowania miejskich ekosystemów innowacji. Uczestnicy będą mieli okazję wziąć udział w warsztatach Futures Jamming oraz spotkaniach z foresighterami, samorządowcami i miejskimi innowatorami. To przestrzeń dla tych, którzy nie tylko śledzą trendy, ale chcą aktywnie kształtować kierunki zmian. 

Strefy aktywności 
Integralną częścią TECH-ON! będą także strefy wspierające networking i prezentację lokalnych inicjatyw odbywające się niezależnie od części merytorycznej. Wszystkie strefy ulokowane zostaną w przestrzeni foyer Centrum Kongresowego ICE Kraków. Ich różnorodność i zdywersyfikowane funkcje sprawią, że każdy z gości znajdzie coś w zakresie swoich zainteresowań: 

Strefa EXPO – zlokalizowana na poziomie 0 w foyer ICE Kraków, będzie przestrzenią prezentacyjną dla 20 lokalnych i regionalnych startupów. Umożliwi bezpośredni kontakt z twórcami innowacyjnych rozwiązań i poznanie najnowszych technologii rozwijanych w regionie. Strefa będzie dostępna przez cały czas trwania wydarzenia i zaprojektowana zgodnie z identyfikacją wizualną TECH-ON!. 

Strefa Pitchingu – miejsce, w którym wyselekcjonowani innowatorzy zaprezentują swoje pomysły przed profesjonalnym jury i publicznością. Jury złożone z przedstawicieli świata inwestycji, inkubatorów, startupów i instytucji publicznych udzieli uczestnikom konstruktywnego feedbacku. To przestrzeń treningu, wymiany doświadczeń i budowania relacji, dostępna dla wszystkich gości TECH-ON!. 

Strefa Networkingu – przestrzeń przeznaczona dla tych, którzy chcą nie tylko słuchać, ale przede wszystkim rozmawiać. Zlokalizowana w foyer ICE Kraków, została zaprojektowana z myślą o budowaniu relacji pomiędzy startupami, inwestorami i przedstawicielami ekosystemu innowacji. Wydzielona fizycznie i wspierana przez dedykowaną aplikację, strefa umożliwi uczestnikom samodzielne umawianie spotkań z innymi gośćmi TECH-ON! oraz rezerwację przestrzeni do rozmów. Takie rozwiązanie pozwoli na efektywne planowanie kontaktów i maksymalne wykorzystanie potencjału networkingowego wydarzenia. Dostęp do strefy uzyskają goście z wykupionym biletem umożliwiającym udział.

From Conversation to Innovation: on the Future of Cities, Business Growth Opportunities, and New Technologies – TECH-ON! on October 30th!

We invite you to the 1st edition of TECH-ON! – a brand-new event on the map of technology conferences and festivals, where science joins forces with business, culture intertwines with technology, and creative energy truly inspires! Artificial intelligence, space technologies, security, regional business development, startup empowerment, and urban innovations will be the key themes of our discussions within three conference tracks.

TECH-ON! was born out of the need to build a sustainable ecosystem of cooperation between start-ups, investors, public institutions, academia and the creative sector. Its mission is not only to promote the region as a hub for innovation, but also to provide actual support for developers of new technologies and novel business models. The international event is a forum for the exchange of knowledge, experiences and visions of the technological future - whether economic, social or cultural. 

On stage, we will see, among others: Melissa Yoon from Hanyang University School of Law, Tomasz Ćwik – co-founder and CEO of finQbit, Prof. Piotr Moncarz – President of the Poland in Silicon Valley Center, Sylwia Czubkowska and Joanna Sosnowska – creators of the renowned Techstorie podcast, Monika Borycka from TrendRadar, and Łukasz Wilczyński – President of the European Space Foundation.

Programme structure 
The TECH-ON! programme has been divided into three complementary content paths, which form a cohesive narrative about today's challenges and opportunities for technology development: 

AI path - a space where academia, business and technology come together to explore the potential of artificial intelligence. The programme is divided into two thematic blocks that address the needs of both practitioners and developers of technology solutions. 

AI Hub - by focusing on the strategic use of AI in business, this block addresses issues pertaining to deploying large language models, building competitive advantage and using national and European support instruments for innovators and SMEs. Participants will also learn about the legal and ethical aspects of AI implementation and how academia and business can work together. 

ai_dev - dedicated to the technical side of artificial intelligence, the ai_dev block focuses on building agentic systems, managing contextual memory and integrating AI into production processes. Presentations and live coding sessions will showcase creating solutions that work predictably, support the user and automate complex processes in production environments. 

Space & Security - a path dedicated to the space sector and security technologies, realised in cooperation with the Marshal's Office of the Małopolska Region and the Krakow Technology Park. It is directed to start-ups, investors, engineers, decision-makers and representatives of the financial and insurance sectors. The participants will learn about best practices, funding opportunities, the challenges of acquiring the first client and the potential of the dual-use market. The path is focused on practice and networking - it supports building partnerships in strategic sectors. 

Future City Innovations - a path focusing on reflections on the social and cultural aspects of innovation. It tackles designing the future, responsible technology development and building urban innovation ecosystems. The participants will have the opportunity to attend Futures Jamming workshops and meetings with foresighters, local government officials and urban innovators. It is a space for those who not only follow trends, but want to actively shape the change. 

Activity zones 
The zones supporting networking and showcasing local initiatives will be an integral part of TECH-ON!, taking place independently of the main part. All zones will be located in the foyer space of the ICE Kraków Congress Centre. Their variety and diversified functions will ensure that every visitor will find something that piques their interest: 

The EXPO Zone - located on level 0 of the ICE Krakow foyer, will be a presentation space for 20 local and regional start-ups. It will enable getting in touch with the creators of innovative solutions and learning about the latest technologies being developed in the region. The zone will be available throughout the event and designed in line with the TECH-ON! corporate identity. 

Pitching Zone - a place where selected innovators will present their ideas in front of a professional jury and an audience. A jury of representatives of investors, incubators, start-ups and public institutions will give constructive feedback to participants. It is a space for coaching, experience sharing and relationship building, available to all TECH-ON! visitors. 

Networking Zone - a space for those who want not only to listen, but above all to talk. Located in the ICE Krakow foyer, it was designed to foster relationships between start-ups, investors and representatives of the innovation ecosystem. Separated from the main event and supported by a dedicated app, the Networking Zone will enable participants to make their own appointments with other TECH-ON! visitors and book interview spaces. This solution will enable you to plan your meetings effectively and maximise the networking potential. Access to the zone will be granted to visitors with Networking Zone-enabled tickets.
