We encourage you to arrive early to the event to avoid long lines in the cloakroom and during ticket inspection. Admission hours to the venue or to the may change, depending on the event.
If you want to attend an event with your child, who is under 3 years of age, you can pick up a complimentary ticket for them on the day of the event. The ticket will be valid for the same seat as indicated on your ticket, and you will be able to get it at the ticket office.
If you want to attend an event with your older child, you will need to purchase a discounted ticket.
The ticket entitles you to enter the venue once, which means that once you scan the ticket, you will not be able to use it again. The decision on whether to return to the venue will be made by the event's audience service staff on a case-by-case basis.

Selecting the Gift ticket option in the order form hides the price on the ticket, letting you gift the ticket to somebody without disclosing its price.
If you have an account on the kbf: bilety website, you can return your pass. Log in to your profile on kbf: bilety, then go to My Profile and return the pass by choosing the appropriate option next to the event in question.
Unfortunately, refunds in this case is impossible.
Yes, you can submit a complaint via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, you can also submit your complaint in person at the InfoKraków information points or in the form of a registered letter sent to the Organiser's registered office at Wygrana 2, 30-311 Krakow.
Complaints are handled within 14 days of receipt.
In order to submit a complaint, you need to fill in a complaint form. The completeness of the form affects the duration of the claims process.
To receive newsletters from kbf: bilety, enter your e-mail address on the KBF: BILETY homepage or select the appropriate option when placing an order.
If you would like to unsubscribe from the newsletter, use the link in the footer of every e-mail to remove your address from the subscribers’ list.

If you have purchased a ticket and selected printed ticket delivery option, your order will be delivered by the Polish Post (Poczta Polska) within 7 working days; however, the exact delivery time depends on the services of the Polish Post and may be longer.
If you have purchased a digital ticket, it should appear in your e-mail inbox within minutes of your payment.
Ticket pickup on the day of the event is only available for selected events. If ticket pickup is available in your order summary, please check this option if you would like to take advantage of this service. Tickets will be available for you to pick up at the kbf: bilety information point at the venue one hour before the event starts.
To pick up your tickets, you will have to provide the buyer’s full name and order number.
Your payments on our website are processed by Przelewy24, and you can pay for your tickets online by bank transfer.
You can choose your seats only if they are numbered. In this case, at the time of purchase you should:
1. select the field encompassing the right sector (if applicable for the venue);
2. choose the seats you would like to get.
For events without numbered seats, you will be able to take any available seat in the venue. If the seats for the event are divided into several price categories, you will be able to take any available seat in the area with tickets at the price of your choice.
During your ticket purchase process, the seats you selected will be highlighted on the kbf: bilety page with an orange and black circle, and the selected ticket will be added to your cart. You can find detailed information about the ticket in your cart.
If you decide that you do not want a selected seat, click it again to deselect it on the floor plan or remove it from your cart.
We prefer sending digital tickets in PDF files to the e-mail address provided by you in your order; however, if you want a printed ticket, you can pick it up on the day of the event, or we may send it to you by mail.
No. You need to pay for the tickets you ordered within 15 minutes of placing an order. If your payment is not received within 15 minutes of placing your order, the tickets you have selected will return to the pool of available tickets and your order will be cancelled.
You can change your password in the My Profile tab or use the password recovery option by clicking Forgot your password? on the log-in screen.
First, make sure that you are typing your login/e-mail address and password correctly. Before entering your account details, make sure that the Caps Lock key on your keyboard is turned off and that you did not accidentally switched your keyboard layout by pressing the Ctrl+Shift key combination.
Have you set a new password? The browser you are using may have saved your previous credentials, so be sure to check if you are experiencing similar problems when using a different browser. If the problem is specific to one browser, check its settings, in particular auto-filling passwords and form fields.

If you have a Google or Facebook account, you can link it to your kbf: bilety account, in order to make logging in to our website easier than ever. To link accounts, go to the Sign in page and select Sign in via Facebook or Sign in via Google.
If 15 minutes have passed since you have left the website, completing your purchase will not be possible, and you will have to restart the process from scratch.
The seats you select during your purchase will be reserved for 15 minutes. After that time, they will go back to the pool of available tickets.
The seats you chose disappeared from the floor plan because it probably took you longer than 15 minutes to complete your purchase. After that time, the tickets you selected went back to the pool of available tickets and were bought by another user, which means that you need to restart the process from scratch.
No; however, we encourage you to provide your phone number, since it can be very helpful in emergency situations, such as when an event is cancelled or its duration changes. If you provide us with your phone number, you will receive a text message with detailed information about the event, should any issue ever arise. You can rest assured that your number will only be used for information purposes.
If you cannot select seats from the room plan, it can mean one of two things:
– the seats in a given zone were already bought out, so you have to choose seats in another zone;
– the event does not offer numbered seats and you will be able to take any available seat in the venue. If the seats for the event are divided into several price categories, you will be able to take any available seat in the area with tickets at the price of your choice.
First and foremost, make sure that your payment for the tickets was made and was processed correctly. In this case, your tickets should have been sent to the e-mail address provided by you during your order.
If you did not find your purchased tickets in your inbox, make sure that your tickets did not end up in Spam or among Other messages.

A pass or an entry pass is a free ticket, which allows you to attend a free event with limited seating.
The number of passes that can be downloaded by a single user in a single transaction is limited, and the limit is set on a case-by-case basis.
Discounted tickets are available to holders of documents which entitle them to discounts – children, youth, students up to 26 years of age, pensioners, retirees, persons with disabilities and their carers.
Tickets with a 30% discount can be purchased for all paid events, and you have to select discounted tickets in your cart.
Before purchasing a discounted ticket, please make sure that you are entitled to the discount and that you hold all the necessary documents (such as student ID card), which you should show to the audience service staff before entering the venue. Failure to provide relevant documents may result in being refused entry to the venue.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange a discounted ticket for a regular one. Discounted tickets are also non-refundable, and you may not pay the difference between a discounted ticket and a regular one to upgrade it.
Yes; however, such tickets are only available at the brick and mortar InfoKraków locations.
Holders of the Krakow Large Family Card / Krakow Card for Families with Children with Disabilities / Large Family Card are entitled to a 70% discount off regular tickets for events organised by KBF. Please note, however, that for selected events the ability to take advantage of the discount may be limited or impossible. You will always find this information in the Price List for the event.
The discount core field can be found in the order summary. Enter the code and then click ACTIVATE – the prices for the contents of your cart will be recalculated.
Keep in mind that every discount code you have has a limited expiration date, after which it will become inactive.

No, the discounts do not add up.
Yes. If you are eligible for a discount, you should have a document proving your eligibility when you purchase your discounted ticket. During the ticket inspection, the audience service staff will check the documents that entitle the holders to discounted tickets.
Failure to produce a document or a card proving the eligibility of the visitor to buy a discounted ticket constitutes grounds for barring entry of such a person to the event.
If you have purchased digital tickets via kbf: bilety and you have an account, you will find them in the My Profile tab, along with your order history and ticket downloads.
You should also receive your purchased tickets on the e-mail address you provided while placing your order. If you have not received your digital tickets via e-mail, please make sure you entered it correctly in the appropriate field, then check your Spam and Other folders and double-check if there were no errors during the payment process.
