- School and university students up to the age of 26, upon presenting a valid school or university student identity card;
- Recipients of pensions and retirees, upon presenting relevant documents;
- Persons with disabilities, upon presenting relevant documents.

- Krakow Large Family Card (KKR3+) – -70% off the standard ticket price (only available at InfoKraków information points);
- Large Family Card (KDR) – -70% off the standard ticket price (only available at InfoKraków information points);
- Krakow Card for Families with Children with Disabilities (KKRN) - -70% off the standard ticket price (only available at InfoKraków information points);
- Krakow Card (KK) – -20% off the standard ticket price, -44% off the discount ticket price (only available at InfoKraków information points).
Group tickets
- -10% off the ticket price when purchasing more than 10 tickets for a given event.
